- Wait for us to approve your application (usually 24 hrs or less if you are in state.)
- Make sure you have funds available for your down payment
- Once you are approved, we will contact you to schedule a showing
- If you like the house, we will conduct an interview and fill out the paperwork!
Then you can move into your new Kalidy Home!
Qualifications:
- Employed with same company for at least 1 year*
- Two (2) valid forms of identification required
- Verify your pay
- Clarify your debt ratio
- Check your references
- Verify your rent history
- Interview 1-on-1 with a manager
Bankruptcy/bad credit no problem! (with reasonable explanations)
